Lay-T, the last remaining milking cow, now 8 years old, on Emily and Brandi Harris' farm in Monroe, Wisconsin. Brandi and Emily couldn't face selling Lay-T as her mother was a much loved cow in their herd who passed away on the dairy before they sold the rest of their cows.
